8:30PM Luminaria Candle Lighting Ceremony to honor RI high school Valedictorians from the class of 2007 at the Sovereign Plaza Ballroom Stage, plus a special thank you to the former Board of Regents President Jim DiPrete. This recognition for the outstanding scholars of our state is sponsored by CVS Caremark which has a long standing commitment to education. The presentation will be made by Mayor David N. Cicilline.
